Optimised Google Ads and CRO unlocked budget for new growth channels.
Prior to taking charge of So Simply's advertising accounts, they primarily relied on Google Ads and organic search to attract new customers, as they had not previously utilised Facebook Ads. The objective was to increase efficiency in their Google Ads campaigns to generate greater returns and allocate more budget towards other areas. By restructuring the campaign and adjusting bid strategies, I was able to reduce the Cost Per Click by 36%. In addition, the implementation of Conversion Rate Optimisation led to a significant increase in Conversion Rate by 90%.
By combining these metrics, So Simply saw a 10x Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), which represents a 180% increase from their previous results. The enhanced returns provided the opportunity to increase budget allocation, which allowed them to start running Facebook Ads. This enabled the business to attract new customers and achieve a 5.2x return on ad spend from their Facebook Ads.
By optimising their ad spend efficiency and improving the conversion rate, So Simply has opened up new revenue streams and experienced great success.
